1. Parties and subject

This agreement is concluded between Tobto.shop ("the Platform") and the person submitting a developer application ("the Developer"). It sets the terms on which the Developer publishes extensions and themes ("Products") in the Tobto.shop marketplace and earns from their sale.

2. Developer account

The Developer provides truthful information, keeps it up to date and is responsible for actions taken with their account, signing key and publishing tokens. The Platform may suspend an account that breaches this agreement.

3. Rights to Products

The Developer keeps all rights to their Products and grants the Platform a non-exclusive licence to store, review, sign and distribute them to stores and to show them in the marketplace. The Developer warrants that they hold the rights to all code and materials of the Product, including bundled dependencies.

4. Review rules

Every release goes through automated checks and a review. Forbidden: malicious and obfuscated code, executing system commands, writing outside the package directory, hidden network calls, hard-coded secrets, collecting buyer data that the manifest does not declare, dependencies under incompatible licences. The Platform explains the reason for a refusal.

5. Store and buyer data

A Product receives only the data declared in its manifest and consented to by the store owner. The Developer processes this data solely to run the Product, does not pass it to third parties without grounds and complies with personal data protection law.

6. Prices, revenue share and payouts

A Product may be free, sold once, or sold as a monthly subscription per store. From every sale the Developer receives the share shown in the cabinet at the moment of sale; the rest is the Platform's fee. Payouts go to verified payout details once the minimum amount is reached. The Developer pays the taxes on their own income.

7. Refunds

A buyer may get a refund within the period stated on the Product page. A refund reduces the Developer's balance by their share of that sale.

8. Support and updates

The Developer states a support contact, answers buyers within a reasonable time and keeps the Product compatible with current Tobto.shop versions or announces the end of support.

9. Revocation

The Platform may immediately withdraw a Product or one of its versions from every store if it threatens security or breaks the rules or the law. The Developer is told the reason.

10. Liability

The Developer is responsible for how their Product works and for damage caused by a breach of this agreement. The Platform does not guarantee sales volumes.

11. Changes and termination

The Platform may update the agreement; a new version takes effect once the Developer accepts it in the cabinet, and without acceptance no new releases are submitted. Either party may terminate the agreement; Products already bought stay available to their buyers.
