Programme terms
- 20% of every subscription payment for 12 monthsCounted from the store's first payment. The trial does not count.

- A customer stays yours for 90 daysBy the first click on your link or by the code named at signup. It becomes final with the first payment.

- Fair accountingCommission is a share of the paid invoice without taxes, in the invoice currency. If the customer is refunded, the commission for that invoice is taken back.
1. What this is
The partner recommends Tobto.shop Cloud and brings customers; Tobto.shop pays a reward for that on the terms of this page. The partner acts in their own name and is not an employee or a representative of Tobto.shop.
2. Attribution
A customer is attributed to the partner whose link they opened first within 90 days, or whose code they named at signup (a named code prevails). The attribution becomes final when the store pays its first subscription invoice. Tobto.shop may correct an attribution made in error.
3. Reward
The reward is 20% of every paid subscription invoice of an attributed store, without taxes, in the invoice currency, for 12 months from the first payment. A trial earns nothing. Amounts are rounded half-up to the cent.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
If a customer is refunded or disputes a payment, the reward for that invoice is taken back in the same proportion. If it was already paid out, the partner owes the amount, which is repaid by later accruals.
5. Payouts
An accrual becomes payable after 14 days. A payout is made to verified business details at the partner’s request, if the amount is not below the minimum. The partner pays the taxes on their reward themselves.
6. Not allowed
Self-referral (your own store, the same person, payment card or address), bidding on the Tobto.shop brand in search advertising, spam, misleading promises in the name of Tobto.shop. A violation cancels the attribution and may suspend the partner account.
7. Customer data
The partner sees the name, address and state of referred stores. Access to manage a store is possible only with the client's explicit consent, which the client may revoke at any time.
8. Changes
Tobto.shop may change the terms. A new version applies to a partner once they accept it; until then new payouts cannot be requested.
