Frequently asked questions
Is the trial really without a card? What can I test in it?
Yes, no card needed. For 7 days the store works fully: catalogue, design, domain, integrations, admin, orders paid on delivery. Charging shoppers’ cards (online payment) switches on after the first plan payment; there is no separate test payment through a payment service during the trial. At the end of the trial pay for the plan in your account — otherwise the data retention order below applies.
Do you take a percentage of sales?
No. You pay only the fixed plan price. Payment service fees (LiqPay, monobank) are theirs; we add nothing on top.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes, on every plan; the number of domains depends on the plan. Your account has a step-by-step DNS guide; we issue and renew the SSL certificate automatically.
How do I move my store from OpenCart?
The admin has a migration wizard: it moves products, categories, customers, orders, pages and SEO URLs; third-party modules and the theme are not moved. 301 redirects from the old URLs help keep traffic, but search rankings may fluctuate for a while. Supported versions and limits are on the migration page.
What about backups and data export?
We make daily backups to separate storage. Export of products, customers and orders (CSV/XLSX) is available in the store admin at any time. We prepare a full store archive on your request to support, and automatically before the final deletion.
What happens to the store and data if I do not pay?
One timeline: after the due date the store keeps working for 7 days and we retry the charge; then it is suspended (storefront unavailable, admin read-only) and the data stays. For 30 days you can restore it by paying or take your data; after another 30 days the store and its backups are deleted for good (60 days after suspension in total). The same applies after cancelling and after a trial that was not paid.
How are fiscal receipts issued?
Connect your Checkbox cash register in the settings — after that receipts for online payments are issued and e-mailed to customers. You need your own Checkbox account.
What if I go over a plan limit?
We never delete anything or switch the store off. New products or files are not added until the limit is raised; the storefront, orders and payments keep working. You can move to a bigger plan or buy an add-on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in your account, at any time. The store keeps working until the end of the paid period, then the same retention timeline applies: 30 days to restore or export and another 30 days before deletion.
