What the integration does
- A fiscal receipt for every paid order while fiscalization is on.
- A return receipt when you refund the buyer.
- The receipt e-mailed to the buyer through Checkbox.
- Reconciliation of issued receipts with the register.
- Cashier sign-in with a PIN code and the register licence key, or with a login and password.
- For VAT payers — store tax classes mapped to the tax codes on your register.
- The Checkbox test register to try everything before going live.
How to connect
- Register a software cash register in your Checkbox cabinet (my.checkbox.ua).
- Install the «Checkbox» extension from the marketplace in the store admin.
- Paste the cashier PIN code and the register licence key (or the cashier login and password).
- VAT payers — enter the tax codes for the store tax classes.
- Switch fiscalization on and check the receipt on a test order.
What you need
A Checkbox account and a registered software cash register. Whether your store needs a software register and for which payments depends on your payment methods and tax system — check with your accountant.

Frequently asked questions
When is a receipt issued?
While fiscalization is on, a receipt is issued for every paid order and a return receipt for every refund.
Does the buyer get the receipt by e-mail?
Yes, the receipt goes to the e-mail the buyer entered at checkout.
Can I test the integration without real receipts?
Yes. Choose the Checkbox «Test register» environment in the extension settings to try the integration before issuing legally valid receipts. The environment must match the register the keys belong to.
Is there another software register besides Checkbox?
Yes, the marketplace has the official «Vchasno.Kasa» extension with the same features: sale receipts, return receipts and reconciliation.
