What the integration does
- City, branch or parcel locker choice at checkout.
- Delivery cost and time calculated from the parcel weight and size.
- Express waybill (TTN) created from the order in the admin.
- Shipment status tracking.
- Cash on delivery or payment control for orders not paid online — when you switch it on in the settings.
- Who pays for delivery — the buyer at pickup or you — is set in the settings.
- A separate sending branch per warehouse if you have several.
- An API 2.0 key from my.novaposhta.ua or a Nova Post v1 key from your Nova Poshta account manager.
How to connect
- In the store admin open «Extensions» → «Marketplace» and install «Nova Poshta».
- Get an API key in your Nova Poshta cabinet under your contract.
- Enter the sender: name, phone, city and the branch you ship from.
- Switch the shipping method on in «Settings» → «Shipping» and paste the key.
- Place a test order and check the calculation and the waybill.
What you need
A contract with Nova Poshta and an API key, a sending branch or address. For an exact calculation fill in product weights or set a typical weight and box size in the extension settings.
What it costs
The extension is free and available on every Tobto.shop Cloud plan. Delivery and cash-on-delivery fees are set by Nova Poshta under your contract; Tobto.shop adds nothing.

Frequently asked questions
Can the buyer choose a Nova Poshta parcel locker?
Yes. At checkout the buyer picks a city and then a branch or a parcel locker from the Nova Poshta list.
Can I ship with cash on delivery?
Yes. The extension settings can turn on cash on delivery for unpaid orders — the waybill is then created with payment at pickup for the order total. Terms and fees are set by Nova Poshta.
Do I need a separate module or a developer?
No. «Nova Poshta» is an official Tobto.shop extension: it is installed in the admin, and connecting it takes your API key and sender details.
What if products have no weight?
The extension uses the typical weight and box size from its settings; without them, 500 g per unit and a standard box. Filling in product weights gives a more exact price.
