What the integration does
- Card payment on the monobank payment page.

How to connect
- Set up internet acquiring with monobank and get the API token (web.monobank.ua → Internet acquiring).
- Install «Monobank Acquiring» from the marketplace in the store admin.
- Paste the token in the extension settings; optionally switch on Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Switch the new method on in «Settings» → «Payment methods».
- Place a test order in test mode, then switch to live.

An internet acquiring contract with monobank. Online card payments for buyers are switched on after the first Tobto.shop plan payment; during the trial the store takes orders paid on delivery.
What it costs
The extension is free and available on every Tobto.shop Cloud plan. Payment fees are set by monobank under your contract; Tobto.shop takes no commission on sales and adds nothing to the bank fee.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the order money go?
To your monobank account under the acquiring contract. Tobto.shop does not process payments or hold money.
Can I refund the buyer?
Yes, refunds are made from the store admin and go through monobank under the bank’s rules.
Do Apple Pay and Google Pay work?
Yes, when the buttons are switched on in the extension settings: the buyer goes to the payment page with the wallet already chosen.
What other payment methods are there?
The marketplace has official LiqPay, WayForPay, Portmone, Platon, NovaPay, Stripe, PayPal and other extensions, plus monobank and PrivatBank instalments.
