How to export all store data
Your store data belongs to you. You can download it at any time, on any plan and at no extra charge — as one archive in open formats that open in Excel and load into another Tobto.shop store.

What goes into the archive
- Products, variants, categories, brands, attributes, options, prices and stock.
- Reviews, promo codes, pages, menus and redirects.
- Store settings — without passwords, API keys or payment credentials.
- Originals of the media library photos and files, with a list.
- With your separate consent — customers (name, e-mail, phone, addresses, consents) and orders (items, totals, delivery, payments).
How to prepare the archive
- Sign in to the store admin as the owner.
- Open «Settings → Export all data».
- Choose whether to include customers and orders, and confirm you understand what the archive contains.
- Click «Prepare archive». It is built in the background — from a minute to an hour for a large store.
- When it is ready, click «Get link», enter your password again (and the code if two-factor sign-in is on) and download the .zip.
Formats and limits
- Data comes as JSON Lines and CSV with a schema description: the tables open in Excel or Google Sheets.
- The archive can be loaded into another Tobto.shop store, including one on your own server (Box).
- One archive a day; a ready archive is kept for 72 hours and then removed. The download link works for 30 minutes.
- Every step is recorded in the store’s activity log.
Separate CSV/XLSX tables
If you only need products, customers or orders, use «Import / export» in the admin: it downloads separate CSV or XLSX tables.
If the store is suspended
Non-payment does not delete data: the store is suspended, and the data and backups are kept for 90 days. During that time we send the owner a link to the archive, and on request to support we prepare an export at no charge.

Frequently asked questions
Does the export cost anything?
No. Exporting all data is available on any plan at no extra charge — the Tobto.shop Cloud public offer says so (section 10).
Who can export?
Only the store owner: the archive holds all the data, so staff with other roles do not see it.
Are passwords and keys included?
No. Customer and staff passwords, API keys, credentials of payment, delivery and other integrations, and card data never go into the archive.
